"C" Word Confidence School

I have been putting together a plan for my mentorship girls because in this time there is so much panic, stress, overwhelm, uncertainty, boredom, fear, and so much more in between. So, I wanted to extend this to all of the girl athletes in my community!

Now is the most important time to be focusing on our mental game, our mental health.

"C" Word Confidence School is daily sessions. Each weekday, I will have 2 sessions LIVE. Feel free to participate live, or watch back at your convenience (the recorded sessions will be in their own account they can log-in to).

The sessions will be Monday - Friday (until April 3rd or further notice).

9am (AZ time): Morning Mindfulness Session
**Wednesdays at 9:30am (AZ Time)
1:30pm (AZ time): Mind + Body Session

Morning Mindfulness Session includes:
- Meditation/Visualization 
- Self love practice
- Gratitude practice
- Affirmation and self talk practice
- Journaling
- Planning out the day to have a schedule/routine

Mind + Body Session includes:
- Mental training session
- Workout (all things can be done inside, in a room, on the patio, etc.)
